When will I receive my order?

Your order is thoroughly reviewed to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has been accepted, it will be processed for shipment. Generally orders will be shipped within 7 business days, however, due to product availability, order quantity and date required we will provide confirmation of delivery within 1 business day. This does not include transit time, see policy below. NOTE - If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse. TRANSIT TIME: UPS Ground: 3 - 8 Business Days UPS Second Day: 2 Business Days UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day Note: Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not available. TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY: Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

How do I customize the item?

When customizable options are available, the option menu will show the available choices. To the right of the menu is a view image button which will open a window to show the available options.

Trophy & Figure heights?

The height shown in the item description is approximate. Depending on the option(s) chosen, actual heights may vary.

Do you give discounts for large quantities?

Discounts other then shown may be available, please contact us for details. We also have other programs available (i.e., Loyal Customer, Total Annual Sales and Referral)

Artwork & Logo Formats

The following file types are accepted although vector art is always preferred: .PSD (photoshop) .BMP .EPS .AL (illustrator) .PDF .TIF .JPG Please convert all fonts to outline paths or include the font file. The font can be located within your program in a folder named FONTS. For Graphics, the resolution should be at least 300 dpi at actual size. All customer supplied artwork is subject to preparation charges. We will notify you of any such charges that may apply due to improperly prepared artwork prior to production. Due to the end product having a direct reflection on Arrow Awards, we reserve the right of judgment on all supplied artwork.

What if my awards are engraved incorrectly?

In the event we make an error, we will replace the incorrect piece(s) as quickly as possible at our expense. If the error was on your part (i.e. incorrect spelling of name) we will still replace the incorrect piece(s) as quickly as we can for a nominal fee. Regardless of the nature of the error, we will make every effort to have the corrected awards to you in time for your presentation.

Do you keep record of previous orders?

Yes. we retain order history for future reference. If information regarding your order is confidential and you do not want Arrow Awards to retain it, please notify us at time of order. Arrow Awards does not retain Credit Card information.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Master Card, Visa and American Express. If paying by check, please allow additional time for check to clear bank.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Company Purchase Orders will be accepted once an account has been opened. Please provide three credit references, federal ID number and accounts payable contact information. Once your account is established, terms are net 30 days.

Can I Return my Item(s)?

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY; It is our policy at Arrow Awards that our customers are completely satisfied with the merchandise they are ordering. If you are not completely satisfied you may return any items you are unhappy with within the following parameters; Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 2 business days of delivery date. Any defective or damaged merchandise returned to Arrow Awards for inspection must be properly packaged & have an RA (return authorization) number on the exterior of the box; Arrow Awards will not be responsible for any further damages due to improper return packaging. Returned merchandise as well as merchandise packaging/container MUST be in original condition for a full refund. Damaged containers void product return. Customer will incur all shipping charges unless defective or damaged. Items personalized or engraved in any way are not available for return or exchange of any type.
