| Orders If you place an order we use a secure order form which requires you to provide contact, billing, and payment information. This information is transmitted to your credit card company to authorize your purchase. All information obtained from you in the course of transacting orders is used for the purpose of fulfilling your order in a timely manner and for communicating the status of your order with you. | ||
| Credit / Debit Card Authorizations An authorization on a credit or debit card is a hold against your banks credit card spending limit. When you place your order, a charge for the total amount of the order with shipping will be sent to your credit card bank. Your bank should release the authorization when the charge is received. A charge is the only time a transfer of funds is completed; an authorization is not a transfer of funds. | ||
| Processing Time Your order is thoroughly reviewed by Arrow Awards customer service to ensure that the order is accurate. Google checkout ensures payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has been accepted by Arrow Awards it will be processed for shipment. Generally orders will be shipped within 7 business days, however, due to product availability, order quantity and date required we will provide confirmation of delivery within 1 business day. This does not include transit time, see policy below. If any item(s) on your order are out of stock, we will notify you within 1 business day. | ||
| Engraving Policy We do not charge for engraving "By The Character" It's a pain for you and a pain for us. Most of the items listed have the engraving charge included, but there are a few exceptions. Please refer to the item's description. Limitations to our engraving policy. 1: It must look good! If you are trying to place to much text on the item, and in our option it will not look good, we will refuse to engrave it. We do not want our name on a product that does not look professional. You be be asked to reduce your message, or go to a larger item that fits the statement better. 2: Arrow Awards reserves the right to refuse the engraving of any such text or graphic deemed inappropriate or of a controversial nature. | ||
| Canceling an Order Orders may be cancelled before engraving or production has begun, but will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. If engraving and/or production has already started, there will be a cancellation charge proportional to the amount of the order completed in addition to the 25% restocking fee. | ||
| Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, we will make every effort to correct the situation. Arrow Awards will not be responsible for damaged caused by shipping companies. Please call Customer Service at 800-808-1838 for assistance with any problems. Note: all original packaging must be provided to Arrow Awards, or the shipping company to process damage claims. Pictures of damaged shipping container are also helpful. | ||
| Shipping and Handling Rates Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us unless order is a local pick up. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or an item is not in stock shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding these charges, feel free to email us. | ||

| Risk of Loss If the Customer provides ArrowAwards.com with Customer's carrier account number or selects a carrier other than a carrier that regularly ships for ArrowAwards.com, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from ArrowAwards.com to Customer upon shipment from ArrowAwards.com's facility. For all other shipments, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from ArrowAwards.com to Customer upon receipt by Customer. ArrowAwards.com retains a security interest in the products until payment in full is received. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges. | ||
| Limitation of Liability In no event shall ArrowAwards.com or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. | Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, ArrowAwards.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ArrowAwards.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, ArrowAwards.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. | ||
| Credit Card Companies and Shippers When you buy online from ArrowAwards.com your order will be processed using "Google Checkout" and your credit card information, name, billing address and the amount of your purchase is required by your credit card company to verify and authorize the purchase. Your name, telephone number and shipping information must be provided to third party shippers such as UPS, Federal Express and the United States Postal Service to deliver your purchase. There also may be instances in which we drop-ship orders directly to you from one of our manufacturers or suppliers.
