Orders
If you place an order we use a secure order form which requires you to provide contact, billing, and payment information. This information is transmitted to your credit card company to authorize your purchase. All information obtained from you in the course of transacting orders is used for the purpose of fulfilling your order in a timely manner and for communicating the status of your order with you. |

Credit / Debit Card Authorizations
An authorization on a credit or debit card is a hold against your banks credit card spending limit. When you place your order, a charge for the total amount of the order with shipping will be sent to your credit card bank. Your bank should release the authorization when the charge is received. A charge is the only time a transfer of funds is completed; an authorization is not a transfer of funds. |

Processing Time
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has been accepted by our Credit Card Department, it will be processed for shipment. Generally orders will be shipped within 7 business days, however, due to product availability, order quantity and date required we will provide confirmation of delivery within 1 business day. This does not include transit time, see policy below.
NOTE - If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the back-ordered inventory in our warehouse.

Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items. |

Engraving Policy
In the event we make an error, we will replace the incorrect piece(s) as quickly as possible at our expense. If the error was on your part (i.e. incorrect spelling of name) we will still replace the incorrect piece(s) as quickly as we can for a nominal fee. Regardless of the nature of the error, we will make every effort to have the corrected awards to you in time for your presentation. |

Damaged Items
If your order was damaged in delivery/shipping, please retain all packaging and wrapping materials for UPS or courier inspection. Examine the exterior of your package carefully upon receipt and report any obvious damage to the shipping or courier company. In the event of damage, we will assist you in any way possible. |

Shipping and Handling Rates
Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. Return Policy
No products can be returned without prior approval from us by phone or email. Because of the highly personalized nature of award products, only items received late or incorrect are eligible for refund consideration. Most of our products are not reusable after they have been engraved or etched, though in some cases, an engraving plate can be replaced in order to utilize the award for a different occasion or recipient. Please contact us to discuss this on a case by case basis. |

Changes/Additions to Orders
Arrow Awards will make every effort to accommodate your changes and/or additions providing time permits. If changes come in after the items are in-process, a nominal fee may be charged. For items that are time sensitive, a "Rush Charge" may also apply. |

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, ArrowAwards.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ArrowAwards.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, ArrowAwards.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. |

When you buy on-line from ArrowAwards.com your order will be processed using "Google Checkout" and your credit card information, name, billing address and the amount of your purchase is required by your credit card company to verify and authorize the purchase. Your name, telephone number and shipping information must be provided to third party shippers such as UPS, Federal Express and the United States Postal Service to deliver your purchase. There also may be instances in which we drop-ship orders directly to you from one of our manufacturers or suppliers. These drop-shippers are only given your name, postal address, and telephone number for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. |
